We had wonderful, courteous service from Kim and her assistant, Cheryl Teigen. They walked us through every step of the reverse mortgage process, patiently assisted us in acquiring and submitting the necessary information, and sat with us at the closing to make sure we understood everything. My husband and I recommend them highly.

Usually when I research companies that I may do business with, I receive lists from advisors or counselors and in my experience the "first name" on the lists is there for a reason. When I contacted Kim and Cheryl to start a reverse mortgage application, they were professional and very helpful in explaining the process and how it works. I like working with companies that are "customer service" oriented and "hassle free" to work with. Kim and Cheryl are excellent examples of these traits.
